Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using UnityAi. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Summary (not a substitute for the full terms)
Use our service responsibly, pay for what you use, don't abuse or resell without permission, and respect intellectual property. We provide the service "as-is" with reasonable uptime guarantees.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UnityAi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including developers, companies, and individuals accessing the Service through our API.
2 Description of Service
UnityAi provides an AI API gateway service that routes requests to multiple upstream AI providers. We offer:
- • A unified, OpenAI-compatible API endpoint for accessing multiple AI models
- • Load balancing, failover, and intelligent routing across upstream providers
- • Usage tracking, billing management, and API key management
- • A web dashboard for account management and analytics
3 Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@unirouter.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third party's rights
- • Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
- • Reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models
- • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our express written consent
- • Use the Service to train competing AI models or services
- • Violate the terms of service of any upstream AI provider
- • Generate, distribute, or facilitate spam or unsolicited communications
5 Pricing and Payment
The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. You must maintain a positive balance to use the Service. All prices are listed in US dollars.
Credits are non-refundable except in cases of service outages lasting more than 24 hours that are directly attributable to UnityAi's infrastructure (not upstream provider outages).
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing credits will be honored at the price at which they were purchased.
6 API Key Security
Your API keys are your responsibility. You must keep them secure and must not share them publicly or include them in publicly accessible code repositories.
If an API key is compromised, you must immediately revoke it from your dashboard. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your API keys, including unauthorized use resulting from your failure to protect them.
7 Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by UnityAi and protected by intellectual property laws.
Content you submit through the API remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
The outputs generated by AI models through our Service may be subject to the terms of the upstream AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of such outputs complies with applicable terms.
8 Service Availability and SLA
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for our API gateway infrastructure. This excludes scheduled maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance) and upstream provider outages.
In the event of significant outages attributable to our infrastructure, affected users may be eligible for credit compensation proportional to the downtime duration.
We do not guarantee the availability, performance, or accuracy of outputs from upstream AI providers.
9 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNIROUTER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any activity that poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. Any unused credits will be refunded within 30 days, minus any outstanding charges.
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
11 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
12 Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
